REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and obligations when returning goods purchased from Space-man Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which guarantees that our goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. This policy does not limit your rights under the ACL.
Change of Mind
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue so we can assess and arrange a resolution.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed faulty under the ACL, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, as they are produced specifically for your order.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Refund times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
