SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how Space-man Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages the dispatch and delivery of orders. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery Areas
We ship Australia-wide via reputable courier and postal services. International shipping is available on request — please contact us for a quote and to confirm delivery availability to your location.
Processing Times
We will notify you of material or production delays where possible; however, we are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage caused by late delivery, including impacts to events, openings, or photoshoots.
In the instance the item is indeed in-stock, items are generally dispatched within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method. Estimated transit times will be provided at checkout or upon request.
We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Large or fragile items may require a custom freight quote.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk & Insurance
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (including where “Authority to Leave” is given) or collection from a carrier depot.
We recommend selecting a delivery option with insurance. If you choose an uninsured option, any loss or damage in transit is at your own risk.
Authority to Leave
If you request “Authority to Leave” at your address, you accept responsibility for the goods once they are left by the courier. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you may be required to collect your order from a local depot or arrange redelivery at your own cost. Uncollected orders may be returned to us; redelivery fees will apply.
Damage or Loss
Inspect all deliveries immediately on arrival. Any damage or loss must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.
