By purchasing from Space-man Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms apply to purchases made via our website, email, or in person, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms & Conditions operate alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

All Space-man Studio products are designed and assembled in Melbourne, Australia. Our work is produced in small runs or made to order using quality materials selected for their aesthetic and performance.

Variations in colour, texture, grain, surface finish, and dimension are inherent to materials and processes. Minor irregularities can occur and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. However:        
 Colours may vary between screens and real life.        
 Measurements may vary slightly within accepted tolerances.        
 Props and accessories shown are not included unless stated.    

Lead times are stated on each product page and are estimates only. Lead times commence once full payment has been received.

We will notify you of material or production delays where possible; however, we are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage caused by late delivery, including impacts to events, openings, or photoshoots.

In the instance the item is indeed in-stock, items are generally dispatched within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Delivery charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.

Delivery is complete when goods are delivered to the address supplied (including where you authorise “Authority to Leave”) or collected from a carrier depot.

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address supplied. We recommend tracked and insured shipping. If you decline insured delivery, any loss or damage in transit is at your own risk.

Inspect deliveries immediately and report damage in writing with photos within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or subjective dissatisfaction with size, finish, or appearance.

Returns are accepted only where required under Australian Consumer Law for a major fault.

If you believe your product is faulty:        
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.        
We may request inspection or testing prior to a remedy.        
Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.      

Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging. Return freight is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not commenced and goods have not yet shipped. If the order has been fulfilled or dispatched within this period, our Returns Policy will apply instead.

Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear. Natural ageing or patina of materials. Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation/cleaning/storage. Use of products outside their intended purpose, including indoor items used outdoors, or exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme conditions not suited to the product. 
Products must not be placed near heaters, fireplaces, vents, air-conditioning units, or extraction systems. Exposure to direct heat sources can damage finishes, materials, and structural integrity, and is not covered under warranty.
 Third-party electrical components not manufactured by Space-man Studio (covered by their manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:        
 Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.        
 Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or event costs due to delays or non-delivery.        
Costs associated with third-party arrangements reliant on delivery of our products.      

Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods supplied.

Custom or commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement that may override these terms where specified. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

All product designs, concepts, names, photographs, text, graphics, and other content on this website are the sole intellectual property of Space-man Studio and are protected by Australian and international copyright, design, and trademark laws.

No part of this website or our products may be reproduced, copied, modified, adapted, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without prior written permission from Space-man Studio.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or adaptation of our designs or content, including but not limited to reverse engineering, replication, or creation of derivative works, will be considered a breach of our rights and may result in legal action.

Where applicable, Space-man Studio will pursue all available remedies under intellectual property law to protect our work.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
